As Assad forces started to
shell Hama on Monday the 23rd April 2012, the demonstrators started a
general strike to protest against it. At least 50 persons died only on
Monday. Last Wednesday, the 25th April, the shelling caused the death
of at least 70 people including 13 children and 16 women. The
same day, Annan reported for the first time to the Security Council ;
the report said that the Syrian regime had not removed all the weapons and
tanks from the cities, and that the persons who went to talk with the
monitors were targeted afterwards, adding the monitors were very afraid
for their lifes.
The Assad regime dressed the army
members as policemen because, according to the Annan plan, it was
supposed to exchange them for policemen.
The
26th April 2012, the monitors, who at the present are 15, announced 2
of them would stay in Hama and 2 others in Daraa, as 6 are already in
Homs.
The regime organised 4 explosions today in Syria,
in Damascus, Banyas, Deyr-Azzor and Aleppo, saying it was terrorists' work
so that the observers would see that too and believe the violence was
not the regime's fault. Obviously the official Syrian TV was there at
first, learning what had happened way too fast to be normal. Add to this
that some ambulances were already there, ready to react...

sécurité ont commencé à bombarder Hama le lundi
23 avril 2012, les manifestants ont débuté une grève générale pour
protester contre ceux-ci. Au moins 50 personnes sont décédées rien que
lundi. Mercredi passé, le 25 avril, les bombardements ont causé la mort
d'au moins 70 personnes, dont 13 enfants et 16 femmes. Le même jour,
Annan a fait son premier rapport au Conseil de Sécurité
; le rapport disait que le régime syrien n'avait pas retiré toutes les
armes et tous les tanks des villes, et que les gens qui sont allés
parler aux observateurs étaient ensuite ciblés, ajoutant que les
observateurs étaient très inquiets pour la vie de ces derniers.
Le
régime Assad a habillé les membres des forces de sécurité avec des
uniformes de police parce que, selon le plan Annan, ils devaient être
remplacés par des policiers.
Le 26
avril 2012, les observateurs, qui sont à présent 15, ont annoncé que 2
d'entre eux resteraient à Hama et deux autres à Daraa ; 6 sont
actuellement à Homs.
Le régime a organisé 4 explosions aujourd'hui en Syrie, à Damas, Banyas, Deyr-Azzor et Alep, disant que c'était
l'oeuvre de terroristes pour que les observateurs voient ceci
également. et croient que la violence n'était pas la faute du régime.
Evidemment, la télévision syrienne officielle était sur place en un
temps record, apprenant ce qu'il s'était passé beaucoup trop vite pour
que ça soit normal. Ajoutons à ceci que certaines ambulances étaient
déjà là, prêtes à réagir...
